If you are seeking a deeper immersion into yoga, want to learn the foundations, or have a specific area you’re currently focusing on, a 1:1 session allows us to dedicate time to your unique needs and make real progress. Weekly sessions will be scheduled to fit both your and my availability, with options for 60-minute or 75-minute classes.
If you have a dedicated yoga space at your home, I’m happy to come to you. Otherwise, I will arrange a rented space for our session. Please note that the cost of a private class in a rented studio will be slightly higher to cover rental fees.

Weekly yoga sessions are a wonderful way to promote health and happiness in the workplace. Together, we’ll arrange a schedule that fits your employees' needs, such as during lunch breaks or as morning sessions before work.
Classes are 45 or 60 minutes long and will take place in a space provided by your office. Participants should bring their own yoga mats. A minimum of 5 participants per class is required.

I offer voice training for current and aspiring yoga teachers, available as short workshops or a full-day module. Together, we’ll create a playful and supportive environment to explore vocal expression through exercises suitable for all experience levels. The goal is to cultivate clarity and confidence when teaching, while honoring each individual’s unique voice—accents, dialects, and speech differences included.

In this Workshop we will work on Full Splits (Hanumanasana) and Middle Splits (Samakonasana) with a clear focus on active mobility.
We explore how to develop strength and flexibility together- working with your body, not against it.
Through targeted, powerful exercises, you learn to actively use your muscles to build greater mobility—sustainably, functionally, and in a joint-friendly way. It’s not about dramatic shapes!
The workshop is suitable for all levels. No specific level of flexibility or prior experience is required. All exercises are offered in different variations, so you can work at your individual pace—whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice.
