You will have enough time and space to explore your yoga practice and to experience your body in creative ways in an intimate group of around 8 – 15 participants – and of course to relax and sunbathe at the beach. Here, you can fully embrace the chance to rest and reset, find community or solitude, and deepen your understanding of yoga – and ultimatley, yourself.
In the mornings Katrin or Josefine will offer a combination of dynamic Vinyasa Flow or Ashtanga classes to awaken the body and refresh the mind in an outdoor yoga shala with plenty of shade and a breathtaking view of the ocean. After a hearty breakfast with greek and international options (vegetarian and vegan) you can spend your afternoon exploring the island, resting at the beach or drinking coffee at the taverna. In the evenings you will be treated to relaxing Yoga Nidra, Yin or Mobility Sessions, followed by a dinner buffett under the stars.
At the Retreat, we welcome all levels of yoga experience. All you need is an open mind and the courage to step out of your comfort zone from time to time.
With a small group of participants (8–12), we ensure that each yogi receives ample attention and feels safe and supported within the group.
Instruction is offered in both German and English. If you’ve been looking for an opportunity to take time for yourself and dive deep into your yoga practice—this is your sign!

As an actress for theater and film, I was always deeply engaged with body, movement, and voice as ways to express myself. After spending several years in London working intensively in physical theater and performance, I returned to Vienna in 2020 and realized something was missing: balance and a respectful relationship with body and mind—things I had always set aside to keep pushing forward in the hamster wheel of life.
Since 2022, I have been teaching full-time at various yoga studios in Vienna. I expanded my knowledge through multiple trainings and eventually discovered Awakening Yoga, a Hatha Vinyasa practice system that emphasizes functional movement and mobility. This truly inspired me to incorporate playfulness, strength-based training, and mobility work into my classes, preparing students not only for the yoga practice itself but also for the physical and mental challenges of daily life.
I look forward to sharing different aspects of my training with you and supporting you on your journey on the yoga mat—no matter what stage of your yoga practice you’re currently in!
I came to yoga as a way to heal and find balance after years of injuries from a life devoted to movement. Growing up as a dancer—training in ballet and tap—I developed a deep appreciation for technique, flow, and artistry. Later, as I studied art, my understanding of creativity expanded, and these elements now infuse my yoga practice.
In 2019, I traveled to Mysore, India, to study Ashtanga Yoga at its roots—not just the physical practice but also its philosophy and way of life. Ashtanga, meaning “eight limbs,” offers a structured yet dynamic path that weaves together breath, movement, and mindfulness. Its focus on discipline, strength, and alignment resonated deeply with me, providing both a method to refine technique and a framework for inner stillness. As someone with hyperflexibility, I’ve found yoga to be a way to nurture and stabilize my body, approaching movement with care and awareness rather than excess.
My approach blends precision with fluidity, treating the transitions between asanas as a dance of their own—an experience of flow that echoes my classical training. Beyond the physical, I’m passionate about guiding students through the deep rest of Yoga Nidra, using visualization to create space for renewal.
Whether in movement or stillness, I strive to offer a practice that fosters strength, grace, and restoration.
